Refund Policy

Wallet deposits on Lumen are non-transferable. Cancelled or failed orders return the unused charge to the same wallet. Chargebacks on cleared UPI or crypto deposits may freeze the account pending review.

Open a ticket with the order ID within 48 hours if a refill window was advertised and not honored.
