Welcome to SMM Panel Bot ("we", "our", "the service"). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

SMM Panel Bot is an automated WhatsApp-based ordering platform that connects customers with third-party SMM (social media marketing) providers. We relay orders you place to your chosen upstream provider's API and track their status. We are a relay and automation layer — we do not own, operate, or guarantee the upstream providers or their service delivery.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, WhatsApp session, Gmail app password, and UPI credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and bot.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Promote or facilitate fraud, impersonation, spam, or phishing.
• Buy or resell engagement for accounts that violate the target platform's terms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).
• Send unsolicited messages in bulk without recipient consent.
• Reverse-engineer, attack, or overload the service or upstream provider APIs.
• Process orders for illegal, adult, or harassment content.

4. Third-party SMM providers

Upstream providers are independent third parties. We do not guarantee service speed, quality, drop rates, or refills. Any disputes about order fulfilment should first be raised with the upstream provider. We will assist with cancellation or partial refund where the provider's API reports such a status.

5. Payments

• Orders are priced in INR (or your local currency) at the rate displayed at checkout, including any markup the seller applies.
• UPI payments are auto-verified by reading bank notification emails in the seller's configured Gmail inbox. The customer is responsible for paying the exact amount shown, including paise.
• Wallet balances are non-withdrawable credit usable for future orders on the same storefront.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The SMM Panel Bot name, logo, and source code are owned by the operator. You may self-host the open-source code under its license but you may not use the branding to imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for breach of these Terms or for abuse of the service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site and/or via your registered email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
