How it works

Your SMM panel — live in 10 minutes.

Six steps from a fresh signup to your first paid customer. No code, no hosting, no payment-gateway hoops. Everything you need is built in.

📝 No coding ⚡ < 10 minutes 💸 Zero gateway fees
1

Create your store account

Pick a brand name, set your email + password. Your tenant store is provisioned instantly with a free trial — no credit card required.

  1. Go to /register and fill in name, email, phone, password.
  2. Pick a store slug (your public URL: smm.example.com/store/your-slug).
  3. You're auto-logged into the dashboard with a 7-day free trial active.
💡 Use the same phone number you'll later connect your WhatsApp bot from — that's the number your customers will message.
2

Connect your WhatsApp bot

Link any WhatsApp number you own. Bot greets, sells, and takes payment 24×7 in your branding.

  1. Open Dashboard → WhatsApp.
  2. Click Connect. A QR code appears.
  3. On the phone with your business WhatsApp, open Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device and scan.
  4. Wait ~10 seconds. Status flips to Connected ✅.
💡 The bot uses Baileys (multi-device). Your phone can stay offline; the bot keeps replying from the server.
⚠️ Use a number you control. If WhatsApp logs out a linked device, just rescan the QR.
3

Add an SMM provider's API + import services

Plug in any JAP / PerfectPanel-compatible upstream provider. One click syncs their entire catalog into your store with your markup applied.

  1. Open Dashboard → Providers → Add provider.
  2. Enter the provider's Name, API URL (typically https://example.com/api/v2) and your API key.
  3. Set a Markup % (default 20%). This is your profit margin over the provider's cost.
  4. Click Save, then Sync services → all available services land in your Services tab, priced at cost × (1 + markup).
  5. Toggle services Enabled / Disabled per row to control what your storefront shows.
💡 You can connect multiple providers and pick the cheapest one per service. The dashboard shows balance per provider so you know when to refill.
⚠️ Keep at least ₹100 balance on the provider — the bot auto-places customer orders on payment. Out-of-balance orders get queued for review.
4

Add payment methods (UPI + USDT)

Two channels, both run with zero gateway fees. Customers see whichever methods you configure.

  1. UPI — go to Dashboard → Payment Methods → Add UPI, enter your VPA (e.g. yourname@upi), payee name, and upload your QR image. Multi-UPI is supported (one primary + extras).
  2. USDT — open Payment Methods → USDT. Configure any combination of:
    • 🟡 Binance Pay ID
    • 🟠 BEP20 address (BNB Smart Chain)
    • 🟢 TRC20 address (Tron)
Each one can have its own QR image.
  3. Set the INR ↔ USD rate in the same screen so customers see ₹X · $Y dual-currency on the storefront.
💡 USDT min top-up is $10 (≈ ₹950). UPI min is ₹50. Both are configurable from Settings if you need different floors.
5

Add Gmail app password (UPI auto-verify)

This is the magic. The bot watches your Gmail inbox over IMAP and matches bank-notification emails to pending orders by amount — no payment gateway needed.

  1. On the Gmail account that receives your UPI bank notifications (Paytm / GPay / PhonePe / your bank), turn on 2-step verification if it isn't already.
  2. Go to myaccount.google.com/apppasswords and create an app password for "Mail". You'll get a 16-character code like abcd efgh ijkl mnop.
  3. Open Dashboard → Payment Methods → Gmail (auto-verify).
  4. Paste your Gmail address + the 16-char app password (no spaces). Click 🧪 Test connection — should return ✅.
  5. Save. Done — every fresh customer order now polls your inbox every 15s and verifies automatically when the matching email lands.
💡 The bot uses a unique-paise trick — each order gets a tiny offset (₹0.10–₹2.00) so two simultaneous ₹500 orders don't collide. Customers see "₹499.30" instead of "₹500" — looks like a small promo discount to them.
⚠️ Use an app password — NEVER your regular Gmail login. App passwords can be revoked individually if the credential ever leaks.

Brand it & start selling

Final 5-minute polish: pick a theme color, upload your logo, share your two links.

  1. Public Store branding — upload your logo (drag & drop, ≤ 600 KB), pick one of 16 theme colors (classic, midnight, ocean, emerald, sunset, rose, indigo, teal, crimson, mint, lavender, etc.), and set a hero title + subtitle.
  2. Custom domain (paid plans) — open Custom Domains, add your domain (e.g. smm.yourbrand.com), point its DNS CNAME to smm.watshop.in. Auto-verifies in minutes; admin approves; your store goes live on your own domain.
  3. Share both channels — your storefront URL smm.example.com/store/your-slug AND your bot's WhatsApp number. Customers pick the channel that suits them; both feed the same dashboard.
  4. Place a test order from your own phone first, pay yourself ₹50 over UPI, watch the IMAP verifier flip the order to paid within seconds.
💡 Refill, dripfeed, and provider-side cancel-refund all flow automatically. Your customers see 🔁 Refill on completed orders for 30 days; one tap routes the request through to the provider's action=refill.
